I never received a phone call to tell me about the air filter that needed to be replaced and I also was not given the opportunity to agree to repair the sensor light. Somebody should have called or texted me to alert me to these 2 issues.

Rafael went above and beyond in providing service; everyone was masked and distanced.
Only thing I was not happy with is now my AC vent is stuck in 1 position, and they chipped my dashboard. The service itself seemed sloppy.

My Subaru eyesight stopped working. I brought it in and they told me well you're windshield isnt Subaru so we can't calibrate it. I had the windshield replaced over 3 years ago and it has worked fine since then. I'm not replacing the windshield now. I would have preferred they call me to discuss rather than just say oh your car is ready for pickup and come in and the work isn't done. Very frustrated. So now I just don't use the eyesight on my car I paid for? Seems crazy. Yes, next time I'll bring a glass crack to a Subaru dealer, but very frustrating.
