After my car was oil changed and recall part fixed I picked up my car. Thank you for the Uber pick up and drop off. My only concern was after I picked up my car while driving home on the freeway (slow traffic) my car stopped. My 2 children were in the car with me and it scared all of us. I was Upset that I had to drive back to the dealer wondering off my car would stop again with my children in the car while on the roads and freeway. Just not what I expected I was very worried.
I’ve also had issues with my 2015 outback Subaru battery in which I’ve discussed with the dealer (them asking me to purchase a new battery for which it’s a new car, shouldn’t have to do that!). I’ve been stranded with my two kids and had to call AAA and jump start my car multiple times, and replace the battery (twice). The problem hasn’t happened after replacing the second battery. The entire reason for buying the car was for reliability/kids and safety for my family. So definitely disappointed and not so sure about what I thought was a reliable brand.

Excellent customer service
They did exactly as I asked. Nothing extraordinary about it. They tried to sell me a set of tires I didn't need, but that's their job I guess. They were also going to take 3 weeks to shave and install one tire (which still doesn't make sense), but all in all they did what they said they would do at the agreed upon price. Does that count as extraordinary?
