The quote for the 90k mile service for my 2013 Subaru Outback includes transmission fluid service. Upon completion of the service, picked up my car, drove home and reviewed the invoice found out transmission fluid service was not performed. Feel like I am cheated out of part of the service I expected.

I go to Sierra Subaru for one reason only, Jaime Vega. I’ve bought 3 cars from Sierra since 2011 I have yet to see a service manager that should have that title. Gordon in sales has been great and again Jaime is the only reason I come back. The current service manager did a terrible job handling a friends car problems and cost Sierra thousands of dollars and lawyer fees. The last one returned another friends car with no oil in it after motor work on a car under warranty and Subaru ended up buying it back. You need a manager that can do more than send out emails.
My expectations were met.

Very happy with the 90,000 mile service
I brought my car in for a 60k service. The service cost over $800. When I brought the car in it was driving great. While performing the service I was recommended to get new tires, which I declined as well as some other additional services. When I picked the car up after the service and immediately noticed it was driving and handling terribly. I brought it back two days later and after looking at the vehicle I was told that there was nothing that could be done. Even if my tires are worn it does not explain why the car was driving great when I took it there and now drives terrible. I will never be returning to Sierra Subaru again for service. My parents bought a Forrester last week from Sierra Subaru and asked how the service department was and I told them that you guys have always been great. I will be recommending that they do not use your shop for service as well as everyone on the Subaru Outback forums.
I am very pleased with my last visit. My car is running very well. Jaime listens and goes above and beyond to take of what is necessary for my car to run well. P.S. miss the coffee bar and cafe.
