I have taken my car three times for the same thing. My 4th gear is grinding or just not engaging the slot properly. And not my radiator is spilling green fluid. It started doing this as soon as i got back home from picking it up Friday. I tried calling and speaking with someone but ni one answers me. If i could please get a call back this is urgent. I was promised my vehicle at 9am and didn’t leave service department until 9:50am. I saw multiple customers that arrived after me and left way before me. Jaime wouldn’t keep me informed unless I walked up to him. There wasn’t many customers at the lobby so not sure why he couldn’t keep me posted. The manager assisted me but by that time I was extremely frustrated.

i didn’t have an appointment but had called in to say my car wouldn’t start and i was going to have it jumped and bring it in. i was told i may need to wait 3-4 hours but i didn’t really have an option. once arriving to sierra subaru, i received prompt and thorough attention to the issue.

My service advisor was busy so he could not help me. I waited for him for almost 30 minutes while another service advisor was free. Because he was not my advisor he did not help me. Maybe next time if an advisor is free and there is a line he can assist the next person. Also, if I have an appointment why did I have to wait 30 minutes? I get waiting a few minutes but having to wait when you have a free advisor sitting there is unnecessary. Just an idea.
