Steven went above and beyond with my service experience today, he told me the facts and gave me some ammo to use to try and talk down the dealer. Unfortunately the dealer was firm and I ended up paying the full price listed by them but I am confident that I didn’t waste my money. Steven gave me his card and even gave me advice about buying the car. Steven has shown his true character and for that I will forever be grateful. With my new Subaru purchase I may even elect to come to Sierra Subaru for all my maintenance needs in the future all because of Mr. Gomez.
