Jaime mentioned the car was given a quick wash, and while not expected, I was very pleasantly surprised. However, I picked up the car a bit earlier than I expected and when they pulled it around it hadn’t been washed. Not a big deal, and again, it wasn’t expected, but would have been very appreciated. Everything else was great!

Raphael Ibarra was wonderful. He explained all of the repairs and costs. He fought to have my parts and labor coverage by warranty. The cost could have been astronomical but he helped me to keep it manageable.

The diagnostics took 4 hours. I was promised the car by 1230. I had to call twice at 1245 to get an answer. Then. The car took 1.2 hours after that to be ready to go.
