I am very pleased with Sierra Subaru's service department. Despite covid, everyone is friendly and helpful.
I brought my car in for a recall. I specifically said I did not want to drive in a car with another person due to COVID, and I would not be able to wait in the waiting area because I had to get home to my kids. I had arranged for a loaner vehicle with the person I made the appointment with. I waited for a loaner vehicle to be available before I made the appointment. When I got to Sierra Subaru I was told there wasn’t a loaner vehicle available. I would need to be picked up by the car rental. I told Rafael I did not have a credit card to give the car rental place if they needed a hold. I went to the car rental place and then had to return to Subaru when they required a card. I then had no choice but to take an Uber home because I had to get home to my kids. This was a terrible experience from start to finish.
