Victor was outstanding. I had trouble with your phone personal. I called to ask what off ramp should I use . Explained i was coming southeast on the 210. I was put on hold and then hung up on. I know there are all kinds of apps to find ny way. I was having trouble with the wifi connection at the time. Mountain street both ways would of been correct.
Mr. Ibarra was very professional & helpful. Checked for updates besides the 12 month check up. Also directed me to management to help a possible fraud situation while I was trying to schedule my appointment online.

Excellent customer sevice, Jaime answered all my questions about what needed to be done to my car. He also stated he would try to get me out asap so i wouldnt have to wait as long for my car to be ready and sure enough he got me out 20 minutes earlier than expected!
Why dont you have performance parts for upgrades.

No one greeted me upon arrival in fact i was ignored when i went inside the person that helped me did not know what they were doing and when i told her i had a problem with the mirrors she became even more confused. This dealership looks like they were thrown together at the last minute and certainly don't have a clue what customer service is. This is the last Subaru i will purchase.
