I arrived on time for my appointment at 1PM today for my very first service. I checked in and was informed that my car would be completed by 3PM as the technicians were at lunch when I had arrived. By 3PM, my car was not finished and I did not receive even one update as to how long my car was going to take. I had to check in with the technicians myself after 3PM. My car was finally completed by 3:40PM. Also, I was informed that I’d receive a voucher for a car wash which I did not receive.

Steven was very helpful. He kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle throughout the day. Though it has been about six months since last working with him he still remembered me which is always a plus even though there are large gaps between services
