be to lower your major service prices a bit. For a well maintained Subaru and that’s what it’s known for, should be that expensive. Or have a special once/twice a year to allow long time customers a reasonable price without stress in the wallet. Appreciate your attention to this email.

The car was ready at the indicated time of 10 am. Victor was most accommodating by offering a Lyft ride to a local restaurant where I waited for the car Ann had breakfast.

I have been having my Subaru (Geronimo is his name) serviced at Sierra Subaru since it was brand new (2002). They have always given excellent service that has kept Geronimo in top shape! I have never had a problem there and always received exceptional care.
I have been dealing with service manager Jamie Vega for many years. He knows who I am and knows my vehicle and it’s history.
He has always done a beyond exceptional job with his vehicle knowledge and expertise in dealing with every situation that has provided me with years of satisfaction and driving security.

My wife and I've always had great experiences at Sierra Subaru, but this time- at our 30,000 miles service appointment- we were blown out of the water. Our service consultant, Rafael Ibarra, was incredible in absolutely every way: he answered every question thoroughly and made sure we knew exactly what was happening with our car. We felt like royalty! The guy really bent over backward to make us feel valued, and it's so rare to find this level of commitment and caring anymore... anywhere. We've come to expect amazing service from this dealership, and I can't believe anyone would even consider taking there business anywhere else. Great job, Rafael, and THANK YOU!

Service was basically fine and I appreciate the “Express” oil change option but a 90 minute oil change is not “Express” I was told it would be an hour but I think a fast service should be under an hour otherwise I’d plan to drop it off instead.
Rafael was extremely courteous. It was great to have Lyft drop off and pick up.
