Adam is an excellent service technician, he saw the agony and desperation in my eyes when I showed up with out an appointment and with a strange noise in my front wheels. He helped me right away and had me wait and gave me the confidence that everything was going to be fine. He kept checking with the mechanic to keep me updated, also the mechanic was amazing in getting to my car right away. Extra charges without calling to ask first, not a lot of money but still would appreciate a heads up. Was going to pay with my credit card until he typed my typed credit card info into computer. Not a good idea, why don’t you have a credit card machine so my number is private. I opted to pay in cash and asked that my number be deleted from the computer. I hope it was. I’ve used Sierra for years and have always been satisfied but sad to say this was not up to your standards.
