The service cost too much and there was no bargaining with the customer for a deal. I’ve had my vehicle for a number of years and with Covid around it seem like we could’ve gotten some consideration as far as getting a battery either replaced or at least at a lower cost than nearly $400 for a battery. I am not satisfied with the service. And Tina was nice but your service lax luster. It seem like it was more important to hold to the rules and regulation do they make a customer happy. And yet I watch these commercials about the Honda dealer helping people but I didn’t receive the type of help that I could’ve used today.

The low pressure canister housing would bot break if you took it off. No matter the but being slightly bent. I know the special tool would work I tried mine.
