I have an appointment, and I still have to wait almost two hours, that’s ridiculous time frame. I have urgent things to do, and that’s why I made an appointment so I don’t have to wait that long. I used to wait only about an hour is the most. This is an acceptable for customer to wait that long just to do simple oil change service. Your company is over booking many appointments and your technicians are under staff ????.

Happy with service, not with the price for oil change. Last time I was there paid about 54 dollars abd this time 87.67. Quite a difference.

Adam was fine. No complaints. However it took 1.5hrs for an oil change. That is much too long. Furthermore, the waiting room was bleek and almost depressing. No refreshments no TV, not a place I want to wait 1.5hr for my service to be completed.
Kevin Eng is THE BEST. I've been going to him since I purchased my Honda CR-V in May 2009 at this dealership. Yes, you read that correctly. He's the only person I trust with my vehicle's maintenance recommendations for over 12 years. When I drive off the lot after a service, I don't worry and I never wonder if something was missed or not done correctly. It's a huge weight off my mind. He takes time to explain everything: before, during, and after my appointment. I ask a lot of questions, he listens, and never cuts me off. I'm a teacher and he knows I'm on a tight budget, so he's honest with me when I have to do a specific service, and when I don't have to. This is another reason why I trust him implicitly. I notice customers often request him, like I do. He is worth the wait. **For the record, everyone else on the team are great. I hear them taking care of other people. Every one of them seem thoughtful and very informative. You have a superb service team at Sierra Honda. Thank you!
I called to get a break down and spoke with the tech he was very rude hung up on me.i then called to speak with the service manager the receptionist asked what it was regarding I said it was service issue well maybe a hr or so the tec called to apologize .thank you for your service but I not be coming bk this not the first time.i was recommended to your dealer when I purchased the car and have taken there for service but I will visit another of your Honda services.
