Every time Single time I’ve had questions, concerns, or comments Adam has responded in a manner that has always exceeded my expectations. Always very helpful and someone who really goes above and beyond. Because of Adam and every pleasant experience I’ve had I will never take my car to any other Honda dealership. Every time I take it to this dealership I feel like the stupidest human. I am made to feel dumb for buying a used Honda and no one takes the time to explain what the problem is. I will not be bringing my car back to this dealership. The first time I can excuse. Anything after that is unacceptable.
