Tina went above and beyond trying to assist me. She troubleshot the key for me and brought in a very helpful technician to find the solution. All the staff were a tremendous help. Moving forward, I do not want to drop my car off with anyone but Tina! Really appreciate her help.

Billy Tam is very friendly and professional. He did take care all my problems today. Especially my car battery which I have complaining a few times to a Chinese female in the service department, but she still refuses to replace my car battery especially my car still under warranty. Plus very upsetting is that she gives me all the BS excuses which I find out later on. I am very happy that she did not help me today. On the other hand, Billy Tam has replaced a new battery for my car and even fix all the problems for car too. Honda should hire more people like Billy. Thank you so much Billy!
