I have a new car a few months old. I needed A1 service. I don't feel connected to the dealership if purchase. I have a long history with Sierra. I called to schedule my service. I was relieved and appreciative when I was told my service advisor would be Kevin Eng. In this ever-changing uncertain world we live in having someone fàmiliar was one less stressor. I knew I would be taken care of professionally and considerately. He explains the why's so I can make a good choice about recommended car needs. Fortunately because the car is new I didn't need much. He still took good care of me as usual. That's why I returned to Sierra. It's about relationship and trust. That's why I did not take my car for service where I bought it.
Tina is a amazing service advisor always exceeds my expectations everytume I come into service my honda.

My vehicles rear bumper was scratched in 3 locations that were not there when I dropped the vehicle off. Other than the service was fine. I was able to make my appointment on line and the service was completed in a timely manner.

Tina is amazing! I signed up a scheduled appointment and was a bit confused with the online portal. Tina explained everything in person and helped me select the package that was right for me. She was very informative and helpful during my visit. Will be requesting Tina for my next service appointment.
