problem not fixed after multiple times i have dropped the car off. very frustrating and difficult for me having three children i need a reliable vehicle. i am beyond irritated that all problems weren’t fixed the first time. now i need to figure out a babysitter and drop it off AGAIN!
Billy was very thorough, clear and fast in providing a quote, explaining the services and cost and scheduling my service appointment. It was a very hassle free experience. The only suggestion I would make is to not repeat back all of my cc info over the phone as I don’t know who may be listening.

Today I have my vehicle to have the service at Sierra Honda. During the maintainence, I was told my car battery is needed to be replaced and I declined. I saw the testing slip showing my battery is little bit below the "replace line" on the dashboard, i.e. approximately at 1/4 of total. The measured CCA is 288, voltage is 12.79V. I get back my car after the maintainence service, at the same day afternoon, my vehicle breakdown due to battery problem, I can't startup the engine. I called triple A for emergency help. The technician arrived and tested my car battery is totally down and the CCA is 38 only! I can't believe that my car is down just after your maintainence service. I also can't believe my car battery depreciate so fast from 288 to 38 CCA. I'm not a car expert but the car battery seems not possible to down immediately after your service. I have not seen any battery problem before today! It's reallly a bad experience.
