We were allowed to schedule a recall service. Took time off of work to get our car to you. When we arrived we were told to part had to be ordered. Also that our gas tank should be under half full. I don't know why were allowed to schedule the service when the part want available. What is the point of making someone come to their appointment if the service could be rendered? Also, all relevant info should be given when the appointment is scheduled. This was not good service.
