Kevin really went above and beyond!! He was prompt in his communication. He made sure I understood what was happening with the vehicle. He thoroughly investigated with the service technician and got us covered under warranty. We chose to pay for extra cleaning of the engine to make sure the install was a success. He told me what to look for after service and what meant I had to call back in. He is a gold asset for Honda, give that man a raise!!!!!!
