Kevin is always a trustworthy service advisor. He does not try to do things on the car that aren’t necessary. For example this time I had several problems with the car and I told him he could also do a major tuneup and he told me after checking it all out that it didn’t need a major tuneup and just did what was necessary.

I’m very disappointed with the service this time. The window behind the driver side had a manufacture defect and we finally got around to it this time. The window is still having the same problem. The car seat behind the passenger side was removed, I’m assuming the technician fixed that side instead? There was no fluid to the windshield and it stated on the invoice that all the fluids would be topped off if necessary. I’m truly disappointed and frustrated. I had to take some time off from work and arrange a ride to be picked up and drop off.
