Tina Ming represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, the service was smooth and straightforward.
The only complaint is the service charge. My car has been service in Sierra Honda for the last thirteen years. Oil change usually just a little bit over $30, but it is almost $90 now which includes tire rotate and something not really necessary such as “Engine tune up oil treatment and fuel system treatment”. I am not happy about that.

Billy was helpful. He said it would take approximately 2 hours to service my car and that is exactly how long it took. The only thing I was disappointed in was that someone broke my key chain when I received my keys back. If it was by accident, I wish someone would of told me.
