Erick treated me like a friend. He went out of his way to reprogram my phone with my Car's Bluetooth. I was taking my vehicle up in Victorville. Based on the professional knowledge and attitude Erick showed me I will be bringing my car back to your location.

I specifically requested from Kevin the Proof of Correction certificate needed to renew my registration for the recall that was completed. I was told I would receive it when the work was completed at the time of pick up. It was not with the paperwork at pick up. The cashier looked everywhere for it and was not able to find it. I do need Kevin to get that certificate to me to have for my registration renewal. Up until that point Kevin's performance was satisfactory. Thank you.
I had a great experience. Everything was satisfactory. Have no complains
I had a 9 o'clock appt but the whole service took 3 1/2 hours to finish. I was supposed to get a ride home but inadvertently was forgotten. With this appt, one of the seats was supposed to be fixed but was not done. I was told to bring back my vehicle for that service which I find very inconvenient due to work. I'm not completely satisfied although Brian was very apologetic and provided a free oil change. I felt that this appt wasted my time.
