My vehicle was delivered back to me in less time than I had anticipated and even earlier than I was promised.
The service I received was great. Everyone was polite, respectful, and very helpful. I couldn't believe my car was washed, what a wonderful surprise!! Thank you
When I called to make my appointment, I was able to get in very quickly. I arrived, was met by Brian and was told it would be about 4 hours until my car would be ready, which was fine. I got a call just 3 hours later that the work was done and my car was ready to be picked up -- great! The paperwork got signed and I was told where to wait for them to bring my car up. About 15 minutes later, someone finally told me that my car was blocked in and they had to get the keys to another car before they could get mine out. Other than the inconvenience of waiting to actually get my car, it was a very satisfactory experience.
When I purchased my Honda Accord on Sunday, car tinting was negotiated at a discount into the final price. Rob said it would be very convenient to get the car tinting done. They can do the tint all days of the week including weekends. In reality, the man is only available Tuesday-Friday from 8-11:30am. I brought my car in this afternoon and the front windows could not be completed as the man did not have the front window tint available. Now I have to bring it back another time during the middle of a work week. The service went well today but it is a huge inconvenience to schedule to come back. Misleading information from the car salesman to close the deal. Although it should be half an to get the service done, I have to take at least 2-3 hours from work to come back, wait and drive back to work. Not very customer service friendly and level of service I expect from Honda.

I had oil change todays, my appointment is 7:15 I drop off my car at 7:05 I was waiting more then 2 hours for them to call me pickup my car.also they charge me 1 car wash fee and didn't wash the car for me. Last time I back to dealer they just takes only 40mins to finished oil changed and wash my my car.
Our agent was nice. He really took the effort to make sure we were satisfied compared to my last visit there. I really didn't want to come back since my last visit in July because the agent prior was a complete jerk and you could tell he just wanted to get things done so he could move on to the next customer. He didn't even offer any other options for our situation. Anyway, this recent service was fine.

The service people are all wonderful! But still not happy with the conditions of my vehicle when I picked it up. The front inside windshield was smudged with a very large arm imprint and there was grease on the driver side arm rest. No car wash and dirtier then when I brought it in. Sad!
