Brian went above & beyond to help me today. I was turned away by two other dealerships. When I contacted Sierra I was so pleased that you would be able to service my car and get it back to me the same day. One of my power windows not working & with rain in the forecast I was desperate. Brian is an asset to your service dept! If his customer service is an example of all your employees I will be visiting you the next time I purchase a car. Again thank you Brian from the bottom of my heart.

It's pretty good that the Honda worker could take me home when my family is out for work. And they also are very considerate to fix my car sokner when I need the car to work on that day.

Vance is an excellent employee. I have been a secret shopper for many different companies in the past. If I had been working for Honda today, I would have rated Vance a 10 out of 10. He was polite, friendly, professional, and listened carefully to my special needs. When my car was finished he called me immediately and told me he was processing my car. Vance ssmile at me frequently and treated me like a valuable customer (I own 3 hondas). I hope you use him as an example to other employees on how to communicate and treat guests.
