Vance is an excellent employee. I have been a secret shopper for many different companies in the past. If I had been working for Honda today, I would have rated Vance a 10 out of 10. He was polite, friendly, professional, and listened carefully to my special needs. When my car was finished he called me immediately and told me he was processing my car. Vance ssmile at me frequently and treated me like a valuable customer (I own 3 hondas). I hope you use him as an example to other employees on how to communicate and treat guests.
