Although I did notice my car was sitting in the back lot for over an hour and a half before someone started working on it. Doesn't make sense to have an 8am service appointment when my car was only started to be worked on after 10:30 am.

I had a very good experience. Kevin Eng described exactly what needed to be done to my vehicle, the approximate cost and the estimated time of completion. To my surprise, my car was ready 30 minutes before the time Kevin estimated!

But the last 2 times I've had oil change, the wrench light comes up when I get home (in L.A.!!).
