I have not had exceptional service in a long time. I am definitely returning to Sierra Honda. Kevin was great!
I keep coming back to Sierra Honda because of how well Kevin takes care of me. I live near downtown and I come all the way out to Monrovia because of how well he treats me.
I asked the cashier 3 times where my car was and they told me that someone was going to bring it up to the Honda side but the old man put my minivan on the Chevy side and made me wait 20 minutes for my car.
I was at work and couldn't call in. I started a chat with a specialist who informed me she was unable to help me with my question about the recall on my car. She offered me the phone number to the service center as well as a phone call from someone from the service department within a few days. I received a call from Eric G shortly afterwards who scheduled an appointment at my convenience. I was initially disappointed with the way Honda handled the airbag recall but Sierra Honda came through and made the process so much easier. This is why even though I live within walking distance of another Honda dealership, prefer to drive out to Sierra Honda. Thank you for the great customer service. Thank you Eric.

As always, outstanding service from the Sierra Honda service team, more specifically Mr. Kevin Eng who was able to get me in and out in a very timely matter.
I would have answered yes because Kevin was terrific. The problem is that I had to return to the service dept. after driving half way home because they did not adjust the indicator that warns a person that the tire pressure needs to be checked. Otherwise, fully satisfied.
The software upgrade and complimentary car wash was performed in a timely manner where my car was delivered to me at the time it was promised. It was a good first impression since I have not had to bring my car in for a scheduled maintenance. I am confident that scheduled maintenance in the near future will be just as efficient.
