For the second time I took advantage of the car wash, and for the second time I am really disappointed. The windows were worse then when I took it in. And the dirt wasn't wiped off the bumper ???? But everything else was excellent.

It took way to long to check in and out. Took about 20-25 min for someone to assist me at check in and I had to go get my car by myself because they were taking so long after I paid. Other than that, the actual work I am satisfied with.

My wait was a little long and I didnt get to use the shuttle because the time alotted wouldnt allow the shuttle to pick me up and return to the dealership. Vince was understanding to my needs so he was able to convince the maintenance team to begin work on my car earlier than expected and I was able to get my car an hour earlier than promised. I appreciated it because I had an appointment to go to. That extra step will definitely **** back.

I love the service Sierra Honda does. And I specifically love Sara for her service. I love her warm welcoming, helping and explaining to me the things that I need to do for my car. She's awesome, great and a very lovely girl! :)

After the tire rotation, the "Check Tire Pressure" light went on and I needed to bring it back to get the tires recalibrated. I'm very annoyed by this inconvenience.

Sorry I didn't make an appointment but it was no worry as everyone was great about it and acted no different than if I had made an appointment...that was much appreciated! The Service guys and cashier are great and I also appreciated the car wash too! Thanks Much!!!
