Kevin does an outstanding job for me. Every time I work with him he is professional, listens to my questions, and has never failed to get me clear answers. I'm very happy with all the service techs at Sierra. I can't evaluate them as knowledgeably as I can Kevin since I normally go to him. He is outstanding.
