Kevin Eng is a great service consultant. When I schedule my appointments, I always request him. Metro Honda Service that is closer to my house but have received such great service from Kevin that I come to Sierra. He gets me in the next day and taken care of without any problems. I love Robert too. He is a great chauffeur. My only disappointment yesterday was after I paid the cashier, it took 15 minutes for my car to be pulled up. It was pretty quiet around, not like the department was crazy busy helping other customers. Hopefully there will be more efficiency next time.

Eric **** in the service department did a great job. I wasn't expecting my car to be fixed on the spot . I brought it in to be looked at hoping my issue would be covered under warranty. The headlight issue was looked at and determined it would be covered under warranty . Eric had my car in a service bay and repaired promptly .

The service was completed within the arranged time and two extra items to check were taken care of. Erik handled the process very efficiently and had me back on the road and home early. A good team of people working in the service department.

Very helpful. Very informative. He called to update me on the issue and gave me a time estimate for comepletion of the work. He called again when it was ready for pick up. I will definitely come back and get more service done here.

Kevin was a great service rep. I arrived after hours Friday night to drop off my car. He hadn't left the office yet, but he still took the time to open up and check me in so that I didn't have to fill out the after hours paperwork. This made a big impression on me and is one of the reasons we keep coming back to Sierra to buy our cars and to have them serviced. Thank you Kevin !

I made an appointment to have our Honda serviced today, Jan. 7th. It was at 12noon, Saturday. On the phone, I asked the gal how long the car service would take, and she said about one hour. When Eric checked me in at 12 noon, he said the car would be ready by 2:00 pm. At 2:35, I went to the office to see if my car was ready and saw my keys on counter. I had not been called. Anyhow, it seems the service of the car went well, but it would be better if the gal making the appointment was more informed as to the time for the car to be serviced.

Erik was very courteous and helpful as was the courtesy van driver. I appreciate your being able to immediately address my need and complete the needed recall repairs the same day. The ride home and then back to the dealership was greatly appreciated and allowed me to work from home while the repairs were being completed. Thanks for everything! Susan
