Vince is very service oriented and friendly. I took my Pilot ro Metro Honda for service but have switched because Vince is great.

Vince is awesome.No reflection on his service. I am more concerned I have a brand new car and having this issue already. Lucky it's cold now, otherwise it would be even more frustrating. Having lived through a lemon Volkswagen 10 years ago, I am really anxious this is the start of a lot of issues . I want a new AC/Heater system. We thought it we fixed and less than 12 hours issue is back and nobody seems to know cause. Again , Vince is doing everything he can.
