Kevin Eng was very polite and helpful. He clearly explained the procedures that would be taken to resolve the problem with our pilot. My wife and I were very concerned that we may be facing a major repair. Fortunately it was taken care of in a few hours. I feel we had a very positive experience at Sierra Honda thanks to Kevin! Vince was so nice walking me through "recalibration " reset on vehicle, when I returned an hour later with flat tire (hit a treacherous pot hole) Vince walked me through the process, he was thorough, professional, and courteous yet friendly. The total time for repair about 4 hrs. Shuttle service much appreciated.

Vince is awesome.No reflection on his service. I am more concerned I have a brand new car and having this issue already. Lucky it's cold now, otherwise it would be even more frustrating. Having lived through a lemon Volkswagen 10 years ago, I am really anxious this is the start of a lot of issues . I want a new AC/Heater system. We thought it we fixed and less than 12 hours issue is back and nobody seems to know cause. Again , Vince is doing everything he can.
