One wish would be that Sierra Honda would reconsider the policy about giving the car a good wash after servicing so that the car will not only feel like new, but look like new also.
Really glad that Eric made sure to have my problems addressed to the mechanic and found what was wrong with the car. Thanks to his expertise, the problem he found was from a previous accident. So, I had to take my car back to Seidners for my insurance to deal with.
The only thing i didnt like was that you are no longer washing the car after it gets serviced

Kevin and Leroy were excellent help during the whole process. They explained everything that was going to be done to my vehicle. I would usually go to Culver City Honda but every time I left that place it would still be the same problems. So from now on I'm only taking my car to Monrovia Honda and ask for Leroy and Kevin's help.

You keep texting me this survey . My answer hasn't changed. Vince did his best . He can't help you have a faulty product and the Cabin temp answer Honda gave is BS. I either have to live with hot air when I use defrost or try to get my money back and go Chevy.
