Always good place to service my car.
Sara was great. Positive review on her BUT - I was not provided a wash of the car with my service. In past visits over the last 5 years this was typically included (or a certificate for a wash). Cashier told me Sierra is no longer doing this. A disappointment. One of the items that differintiates taking the car to the dealer for service that one of the many other less expensive non-dealer options nearby. Car was there for a few days and came back much dirtier than when it went.
To whom it may concern,
I had my car first service here yesterday. All the staff were friendly. I carried my baby with me so I was informed by the front desk girl that there is a cafe with play room.
My question is, is car wash is not included or just my car? I got Kay car as dirty as I sent it in. I was expecting a free car wash. If nowadays , car wash is not included, j should be informed.
Just feel a little bit confused.

The drivers seat is too low , so parking is too difficult. Was advised to get a cushion to be able to see . Bought one , still not helping .
I wish Honda will be able to fix this inherent problem . However, the problem still exists even in the newer models . How sad !!!

Erik was great. The 2 hour oil change wasn't exactly great.
It took too long for an oil change (I took it in at 11:00 am and was told it was ready until 3:30pm)
Cynthia provided professional service I expected from Siera Honda. She explained to me from the beginning that estimated waiting time was 3 hours. The oil change took exactly 3 hours.
Excellent customer service is a norm for Erik.
We were a walk in no appt. on a Sat. Although they were unexpectedly busy, Cindy checked us in and explained that it may take a while. We were completely aware that we would need to leave the car and would have to wait. Cindy also set up an appt. for our other car to ensure no issues for next weekend. This is our first visit at this service center and will plan to see Cindy in the future due to her professionalism.
Sierra Honda is a very professional establishment with compotent individuals to handle the business of getting your automobile taken care of in an efficient and
expeditious manner. Keep up the good work and I will continue to be a customer.

Cynthia vecchiato was great with me I love her explanation about prices and everything it was my first time there but I don't understand why I made an appointment online and the person who will be there to help me it wasn't there he was on vacation I waited for 25 minutes outside for some one who can help me and it was Cynthia but like I said she was fantastic with me but next time I would take my car to another place. Thank you
