Was told A/C worked and it did not. I suspected something when car before was pulled up and they told customer "your air is on and ready for you" My car was brought up and windows were down and I was just handed the key... Now I have to drive back again on Monday. Not offered any alternatives, but to come back?

Vince Tran did a wonderful job with my car. But the reason I chose no is because of one guy that was dressed in a yellow pollo. He had slightly longer hair and darker skin tone. I asked him a question while he was at the customer counter and he was very rude to me. It really made my visit sour. Please do call me I will explain why I was upset with him.
