I brought my car a few minutes after everyone went home. Luckily, a gentleman suggested I could do the early bird service and leave my keys in the drop off envelope. That was great. I got a call from Kevin first thing in the morning. He followed up right away later in the afternoon. Thank you!

I arrived for my 10am appointment 15 minutes early. By 10:11 I was checked in and told it would be about an hour and a half. At noon I went to find Brian to check on the status. After 15 minutes, I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. I walked outside and watched them drive my car to the shop where they did all the work and that took 25 minutes. I understand that you are busy on Saturdays, but I just wonder how long I would have sat there had I not inquired about the status? It would have been nice if Brian had kept me in the loop in letting me know what was going on instead of me having to ask. I was his client for that morning/afternoon and it would have been nice if he would have checked in on my car prior to me asking him. Again, having the appointment I would have assumed I would have gotten done faster than not having the appointment. But i didn't have an appointment last time and not only did I get out of there faster, Kevin (I think that was his name) kept me informed the whole time. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed in the service I received.

Kevin Eng always gives us top notch service. That is why we always request him when we come in for service. Today while we were waiting for Kevin to finish with another customer, multiple customers arrived which caused us to enlist the assistance of Brian Dambrosio who was very professional and started the process for Kevin to finish. Very high marks for both Kevin and Brian.
Erik was very helpful and kind during a stressful time. He made me feel comfortable that my car was handled carefully and correctly.
Great servive. Also rides to my house and back to Sierra were very timely and punctual.
