I was satisfied with the assistance and communication that Erik provided, but in all I am not satisfied with my experience with Sierra Honda as a whole. For future I would most likely not purchase another car from Honda.

I appreciated Brian listening to me. I went in for an oil change and mentioned to Brian that I had been told (not by Honda) that I may need front brakes within the month. I didn't ask for them to be checked, but he had them checked and gave me a readout showing I do not need brakes yet. I really appreciate that he took it upon himself to check them.
Didn't see the Brian everyone mentioned. Waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged. With appointment I was there for 2 hours. I will go back for my 2nd free service but will go elsewhere after that. Very dissapointed.
