Thanks to Brian for giving me an appointment right away and then quickly checking the CR-V in. He gave me an accurate estimate of the time involved in the recall repair which I appreciate, too. Everybody at Sierra Honda was cheerful, professional, & kind which has been the exception during our heat wave. Kudos to the shuttle drivers & the cashier, too.

Erik was thorough and responsive and handled my issue great. . But I will say I am very frustrated that I have only had my car for 6 Months and there was a defect and that I have to go back to the dealer when the part arrives and leave it for the whole day again. :(
