Texts sent are out of date and irreverent. The car was bask for several hours when the text came to say the service was complete. The cost to change oil was very high and declined. Will go else where for further service.

The extended warranty wasn’t explained at the time of purchase. I expressed that to Vince and he said “I know”. Then I decided I was going to not have my car serviced and quickly came back in because I don’t have time to deal with car issues or taking it somewhere else and since Vince had quickly voided it , he didn’t keep from letting me know he was annoyed and inconvenienced. I was disturbed when he said “I know” to not being told of the terms of the extended warranty. If this is something the service technicians know then something needs to be done.

High price for parts and service. Had oil change for $45 and yet a simple thing like the dash indicator was not reset. I had a Jeppy Lub check to determine the oil had even been changed. Had to take my Ridgeline back twice and paid over $600 to have my air conditioner fixed. Even at such high price I was told a car wash was not available. I have a 12 year old Ridgeline that will be replaced with a new $40k one soon. Why should I cone back to Sierra for a new one?

I’m very satisfied with Jonathan’s customer service expertise. He was extremely helpful and made me feel as if he truly cared. My only concern is that now when I turn my air conditioner on there is a sound that wasn’t there before.
