Pablo and the service team at the dealership are FANTASTIC. My car was taken in and serviced on time and in a very professional manner.
However, the experience of trying to call and get a service appointment is awful. It took me 4 tries to get through the voicemail system to get to a person. She then told me that I could only have an appointment to drop the car off or take the shuttle. Please note that there were only 2 other people in the waiting room and my appointment only took an hour. I really don't understand why I was told a waiting appointment was not available. When I asked to speak to someone else, she put me on hold then told me the service department was busy. I then called back and another 3 tries at the voicemail system got me to Pablo where I was able to schedule my appointment with no problems.
I have been purchasing cars and having them serviced at Sierra since 2007 and the telephone experience made me want to go look for another dealership even though my current car is only a year old and I still have complimentary oil changes left for it. Please fix the phone system and get people to take the calls who understand the dealership when making service appointments.

Johnathan was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt that my car was well taken care of, and appreciated that he warned me of services I may need next time I visit instead of pushing them when I didn’t truly need them yet, as is so common at other establishments. Great customer service!

When I made the reservation over the phone I wanted to make sure the car would be ready in one hour. I was informed that that was the time it would take for work to be done. When I got there for the 11:30 appointment, I was informed the crew takes their lunch at that time. I informed the advisor (and the scheduling person) I had to be somewhere by 1:30. She said she was going to see what she can. The car apparently was ready before the time she quoted me but I was never notified. Poor service and misinformation.
Tran is very professional, knows what he is doing, and always will answers your questions. He is a valuable employee and differently an assets to your business.
