I came in to have a noise fixed. As I drove away from my second visit (needed to order part) the sound was still there. Upon calling to notify and get it fixed we were told there was a second wheel bearing needed and it would cost money. None of which was noted or explained to me until I inquired of the noise still present.
Tina was very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. She is very attentive to the needs of Honda owners.
