We appreciate the service today. The repair was completed this return trip. We had not been happy to not get all the information on our last repair so we were glad today was better. The repair was also completed earlier than estimated.

Tina was very helpful and very efficient. She kept me updated on the progress of my car. She went over and above her responsibilities in that she answered a lot of questions I had about how my car works. She help me to set up my Bluetooth and paired it with my phone. She explained different features of my car that I had questions about. She helped me to understand what certain things meant online the dashboard and also showed me how certain buttons worked on my steering wheel.
