Resubmit. I miss read the question. I am satisfied with Jonathan’s customer service regarding getting back to me today regarding the issue with my car. I just wasn’t happy the this is the second time in two weeks that my car has to go back and I need to wait another two weeks or so before the parks come in.

My Sierra Honda representative didn’t seem to take the time to thoroughly explain my vehicles repair outcomes or alternatives. He seemed rushed and when attempting to explain certain contract liability print, he did not fully take his time to make sure I was knowledgeable. If I do return to Sierra Honda, it will be with another representative that makes me feel comfortable and acknowledges my time,concerns, questions,etc. His customer service skills were not up to par. I have taken my vehicle to several other Honda dealerships and Vince’s attitude was not the most empathetic or welcoming.

We asked that they checked tire pressure, but this was not done. Husband noticed as he drove off, and he had to come back.
