After I had visit your facility once before the problem was not diagnosed. Then today it was diagnosed but it requires that I replace the tire. If I had known that the first time I could’ve took care of it instead of running back-and-forth to gas stations and to tire shops fill in that tire full of air. So while today’s service was prompt and quick the lack of diagnosis the first time I was there subtracts from this experience.

As always, Kevin provided outstanding customer service. I had an engine check light emergency, and without an appointment this morning Kevin got a technician to work on my car right away.
