The person who set up my appointment was able to fit my service in in timeframe that worked for me! I wasn't expecting to have my car serviced. I was having out of state company and needed to have my car in good working order! I am so grateful for her help!
Vincent was marvelous! He was so thoughtful and conscientious! I was able to get my car back, in a timely fashion, and be able to pick up my company from the airport on time!

MY husband and I have been going with Vince Tran for any of our car services. We used to go to Honda in West Covina which is way closer to our house, but we’d rather drive out there to Vince, we do this because of his genuine service. He is very friendly and takes care of us and is able to answer any questions we may have regarding the car. Vince has such a genuine and amazing personality, always very welcoming with a big smile.

I had a 10am appointment for a oil change at your dealership. I arrived promptly at 10am andand was received and instructed to wait by my vehicle. I sat in my car for 50 minutes after that until aservice person further assisted me. I was very unhappy with the wait since I did ask about Twice to be told that they were busy. I've been to your dealership many times before and never had this problem???? Other than rlthis I appreciated your shuttle person, Mat, very courteous and a good driver.
