I work in customer service and this is my 1st time buying a Honda and when I got there I walked in and a gentle men that’s was latino said hi to me and asked me how can he help me.. I told him I had appointment at 10 and he looked my name up and said yes your service advisor is Vince and told him his10 o’clock appointment is here. Vince didn’t say hi or nothing the only thing he said was do you have your keys .. after that he looked at my car and then he started to tell me about the service I was going to get done.. etc I honestly was holding back not to go off on him about acknowledging me in the beginning. When I got back to pick up my car it was very weird that when I was walking there my service advisor came out and waved at me to come get my car, his attitude was different when I got there but then he asked me to please reply to a Survey that we will send you on your experience her at Honda. The number one thing is customer service in any store / work place you have to acknowledge your customer with out them you wouldn’t be able to run any business
