Vince has always provided the best service I have ever experienced from a service representative. He is one of the reasons I continue to rely on Sierra to maintain my Honda. He is personable, and always eager to insure that I understand why a repair is needed. I have trust in Sierra because of how Tran treats me as a customer.

You might want to consider finding a job that’s a better fit for the guy who drove me home in your shuttle this morning. He’s really not a very good driver. I was afraid more than once that we were going to hit another car.
