Sierra Honda is not willing to match other Honda dealers’ coupons. I came for 2 types of service, but end up doing only one. This is an inconvenient for me. I end up scheduled for the other service at another Honda dealership nearby.

Was standing more than 5 minutes at the service office without anybody bothering to pay any attention to me and there were 3 of them sitting on the counter. Thanks to Richard (I made sure I remembered his name) who was the only one who asked what I needed.

Matt is working and trying hard. I asked him to speak a little slower because he was giving me the interview of each of the service suggestions and I was not following. I had a budget conscious major service recently and was surprised there was more major service to do so soon. He took that criticism/advise well. That was a good thing.
