No notification that the last shuttle was at 4pm. Payed for my service over the phone. Went to pick up my vehicle right before 6 and no one could find me keys for 30 minutes. Thankfully Steven took the time to listen and help me find them. Other than that I will not be returning to Sierra Hinda for service. It is too unorganized
Tina was great. The techs sure take there time had to wait 3hrs for a simple oil change. So not cool.

I do have an suggestion when making appointment calls by the customers let them know the cafe is closed . I went to my appointment without eating because I was planning to eat at the cafe finding out it was closed . If we had known that we would have eaten something before our appointment because we were hungry . Me and my husband.

I went to Sierra Honda of Monrovia this morning for an oil change. Vince, my Service Advisor, was excellent as he noticed that my van just received a recall for the front passenger's airbag, so I left my van for an oil change and the replacement of the passenger's airbag.
Vince called me at 12:37 pm as he promised and informed me that my van is ready for pickup. When I picked up my van, I noticed that there were some napkins and plastic bags, which I originally put into my van's compartment, on the front passenger seat's floor mat. It was messy. I picked them up and drove my van away. On the way home, I noticed that a screw nut was on the front passenger seat's floor mat. I took a picture and am concerned whether this screw nut was a missing part due to the replacement of the passenger's airbag. I am worried about Honda's service quality and my safety. Please kindly advise what I should do at your earliest convenience. Thanks.

Tina was fine. My issue was with the battery. I had to have the battery replaced when the car was still under warranty. That was 1 year and about 15,00 miles ago. When the battery went out again this week I was told I had to pay for a new battery because there is no warranty on a battery that was replaced during the warranty period. So honda batteries only last 3 years if they’re paid for? Poor customer service!
