Don't bother contacting me. One of WORST service experiences EVER. I will never use Sierra Honda service again and when I'm looking for a new Honda, Sierra is off my list for that too. So you lost TWICE. Sierra service experience used to be great but not anymore.

Your technician did not perform services paid for and I had to contact the service advisor to complain and had to come back the following saturday for the missing service that you guys charged me for, bad for business and if I did not carefully checked it, I would had been ripped off
I am very pleased with the services from the dealership Sierra Honda, overall, main reason I have been consistently coming here is due to the customer service from the employee Vince Tran, very nice guy, always attentive and helps me completely understand what the problem and solution into what my car service(s) entails, his turn around time to call me back or letting me know my cars status, has taught me so many features that my car has and I never knew I could use, because of him, my services continue here at Sierra Honda dealership. Simplicity of always saying hello and goodbye, great manners.
