Please instruct ALL your team members not to tell owners it is their fault that the car condensor and/or compressor are broken because of rocks coming through the grill or because of driving over something. The truth is the 2017 Honda Civic air conditioning system is seriously flawed in both design and placement. This is a fact known by the owners and by Honda. It is not a secret. There is information and videos about this issue all over the internet. Blaming condensor and compressor failure on owners is NOT good customer relations. The owners are victims. You, on the other hand, are making a profit each time you install new parts. I am now scheduled for compressor number three and condensor number two. At this rate of failure and replacement, (since my car is only two years old), I will be on compressor number six and condensor number four in two more years. The situation is completely abysmal and it is NOT the fault of the car owners.
