They don’t know how to communicate with the customer. Also, they try to sell you an expensive repair without being sure of what the problem is. Sadly enough I’m getting my repairs done elsewhere.

The people are very professional and kind. the working space is utterly filthy. Do dirty, the walls and ceilings are blackened with soot and grime. A closet door is wide open, with junk spilling out--the same junk that was there 6 months ago. The waiting area is also in disrepair, and old junky furniture .

After paying my car repair bill, Oswaldo handed me the key to my car and was to find my car in front. It was not a specific direction other than the car was in front of the dealership lot. After wondering around the “front” of the dealership, we could not find our car. I went back to the office and informed one of the staff that my car was nowhere to be found. He took the key and also tried to locate the car. After at least 10 minutes, I saw Oswaldo with the car key also trying to locate the car heading toward the front of the dealership. It probably Oswaldo another 5 minutes to finally locate my car. Totally unacceptable way of picking up my car at the dealership and was told to find my own car. How hard could it be to reserve a certain area where a customer can easily locate a car. In most car dealerships after servicing my, they actually have someone who drive the car to you and hand you the key. Luckily, I’m selling my Honda at the end of the year and buying a Mazda for my next car. Thanks!

Kevin was upfront about the cost of the 90,000 mile service and everything that was gonna be done. The car was ready before the estimated time he provided. He was upfront about additional work the car needed and researched my extended warranty without me saying anything and told me this work will be done at no charge. Kevin called me the next day, told me work was approved and parts ordered, and we made an appointment so that I can have that half-day service done in two weeks. Kevin was great from start to finish.
